WHAT IS McGILL MENTAL HEALTH HUB?

At McGill Mental Health Hub, our mission is to connect our community to support and information surrounding mental well-being. By empowering you to maintain your mental well-being as well as support those around you, we hope that no students feel alone or lost when dealing with their well-being.

Continued consultations with mental health professionals and McGill students as well as mental health research have guided the development of this website. We believe that mental well-being is an important component to student life, and hope that this accessible Canadian-based resource can journey with you to better mental health.
